Free Discovery Call
If you choose to work with me, your journey to mental well-being begins with a brief welcome conversation.
This initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what’s on your mind, and explore how I can best support you.

1:1 Sessions
Our sessions take place online. During our first conversation, I’ll provide a recommendation on the frequency of our meetings based on your needs and goals. However, the final decision about how often we meet is entirely up to you. This way, we ensure that our sessions fit your personal schedule and preferences.

Your first introductory session is completely free, so we can get to know each other and you can decide if you want to continue working with me. All subsequent sessions are €100 per 50 minutes.
All sessions are held online.
If you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance, there is no charge.
For cancellations less than 12 hours before the appointment, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
Every person is unique. Typically, initial progress becomes noticeable after just a few sessions – but the exact number depends entirely on your individual needs.
