Your therapist
Psychologist, therapist, and passionate lifelong learner.
For many years, I’ve been deeply engaged with mental health, inner strength, and the connection between body, mind, and soul.
My academic background is in psychology and communication science. Over time, I’ve continuously expanded my knowledge – including in the areas of holistic nutrition, yoga, yoga therapy, and hypnotherapy.
This interdisciplinary approach shapes my work today: mindful, in-depth, and always tailored to the individual.
I work with people because their stories move me – and because I deeply believe that real change is possible when we have the courage to face ourselves and take new paths.
I love meaningful conversations over a cup of tea, sunrises and sunsets, discovering new cultures – and good food (I definitely have a soft spot for ice cream).
Whether in 1:1 therapy, workshops, or quiet moments with my favorite people – I’m passionate about everything that helps us feel more connected to life.
My mission? To support people in living a vibrant, conscious, and fulfilling life.
I’m so glad you’re here.
To me, mental health means bringing body, mind, and soul into harmony. In my work, I combine evidence-based psychology with mindfulness, movement, nutrition, and therapeutic guidance - because I believe that lasting change begins where people feel seen, understood, and truly supported.

HOW I WORK
Change can be holistic, gentle – and still deeply effective.
Whether in personal life or the workplace, I support individuals and teams in shifting perspectives, reducing mental strain, improving stress management, and fostering lasting mental well-being at work.
My approach is rooted in three core principles:
01. Holistic support
Psychology meets mindfulness, hypnotherapy, yoga, and nutrition – for both body and mind.
A well-rounded approach to mental health and stress management.
02. Personal & Practical
Change happens when it's tailored to you –solution-focused, collaborative, and grounded in real life.
03. Sustainable change
True growth takes time – and it’s built on depth, reflection, and evidence-based methods.
It often takes just a small impulse to set great things in motion. Let's take the next step together.
I look forward to hearing from you!
